Potato Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium sweet potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked
Preparation
    Boil
    potatoes until done and drain.
    Add margarine and mix well.
    Add sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and eggs and beat well. Add milk
    and
    salt.
    Mix
    well.
    Pour into a 9-inch crust and bake at 325\u00b0
    until
    crust
    is
    brown.
    Set out and let cool. Very good.
