Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium boiling potatoes
    5 slices bacon
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. sliced green onions
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes but do not peel.
    Cook until just tender in boiling water.
    (Optional:
    Add a teaspoon of salt to each quart of water.)
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Drain bacon on absorbent paper. Crumble.
