Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    day old rice
    3 or 4 slices bacon
    pork, sliced to bite size
    yellow and green onions
    2 eggs
    soy sauce
    oyster sauce
    minced garlic
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Chop and fry bacon.
    Chop yellow onions and saute with bacon and bacon grease.
    Cook pork with bacon and onions.
    When pork is done, push meat and onions to side of pan.
    Add eggs and scramble. Mix all with seasoning and a little soy sauce.
    Add rice.
    Add enough oyster sauce to flavor and color (about 1 1/2 tablespoons). After rice is done, top off with chopped green onions.
