Supper Sandwich Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices bread, buttered
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
6 frankfurters
2 medium onions, sliced
6 slices Velveeta cheese
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Spread butter on bread; put in pan and toast.
Combine beef, catsup and salt and spread on toast.
Top with frankfurters, cut almost in half lengthwise.
Add onion slices and cheese slices. Combine eggs and milk; pour over the bread.
Bake in moderate oven for 50 minutes.
Makes 6 sandwiches.
This is a meal in itself.
