Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-15 oz box of raisin bran
5 cups flour
3 cups sugar
1 Tbsp plus 2 tsp soda
2 tsp salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 quart of buttermilk
1 cup vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients. Make a well and add eggs, buttermilk and oil. Stir just to moisten. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10-12 minutes. Batter may be kept for six weeks in refrigerator. Add raisins and nuts if desired.
