Laura'S Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 crusts
    6 eggs, beaten
    10 oz. evaporated milk
    2 c. (approximately) grated Swiss cheese
    2 boxes frozen spinach, cooked a little
    chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste
    bacon (optional)
Preparation
    Make 1 pie at a time.
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Put spinach, cheese and onion into pie shells.
    Pour eggs, milk, salt and pepper over spinach mixture.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes; turn oven down to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
    These do not freeze well.
