Spaghettini Bolognese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 carrot stick
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. each: chopped onion, celery and green pepper
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 lb. Italian sausage (casings removed)
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. red wine
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. Italian herb dressing
Preparation

Saute mushrooms, carrot, garlic, onion, celery and green pepper in vegetable oil in Dutch oven.
Add sausage and cook until sausage loses redness.
Drain fat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
Simmer over hot cooked spaghetti.
