Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot mashed potatoes
    2/3 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. scalded milk
    2 tsp. salt
    6 c. flour (to make medium dough)
    1 pkg. yeast dissolved in 1/2 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Put potatoes in a large mixer bowl and mash.
    Add shortening, sugar, salt and eggs, beating well. Add dissolved yeast and milk to potato mixture. Add enough flour to make stiff dough. Rise until double in bulk in refrigerator.
    Make out into rolls and let rise again. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    These rolls freeze well.
    Bake until slightly colored, cool and freeze.
