Hot Dog Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large onion
1 lb. hot dogs
2 c. water
1 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. garlic
2 Tbsp. dried parsley
4 large potatoes, cut into cubes (approximately 3 c.)
2 Tbsp. flour
1 beef bouillon cube

Preparation

Cook hot dogs, onion and garlic in a large, deep skillet until onion is brown.
Reduce heat, then add the flour and let it brown. Now gradually add the water and the beef bouillon cube, stirring constantly.
Keep mixture smooth.
Add potatoes and parsley.
Cook until potatoes are tender.
