Meatball Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. finely rolled crackers or bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. cubed potatoes
    1 small onion, cut in half
    1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 carrot, sliced
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan.
    Bring ingredients in saucepan to boil and add meatballs.
    Cook 20 minutes longer.
    Add 1/2 cup milk, 2 teaspoons vinegar and 1 cup peas shortly before removing from heat. Delicious!
    Yield:
    4 servings.
