Beef Pocket Pies - cooking recipe

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. shredded cabbage
2 Tbsp. chopped red bell pepper
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. flavor enhancer
1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 1/4 c. (5 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divide
2 deep dish pie crust shells, thawed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Remove frozen crusts from pie tin (gently fold the edge of the pie tin away from the crust until the crust releases).
Place frozen pie crusts upright in an ungreased baking sheet; let thaw.
