Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg white until soft peaks form.
    Slowly mix in brown sugar, then vanilla.
    Mix until very stiff.
    Fold in pecans.
    With a spoon, place 1 pecan, coated in mixture, at a time on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool. Can be frozen.
