Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. rice, cooked per directions
    1 chopped onion, sauteed with garlic *
    1 medium can Ortega chilies, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    10 to 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (save half for top)
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or in microwave until cheese melts.
    Great for potlucks, main dish with a salad or side dish.
