Apple Danish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt; cut in shortening.
    Combine milk and egg yolk; add to flour mixture.
    Roll out half the mixture on floured surface to fit an 11 x 16 x 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
    Place in pan and top with filling.
