Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tubes crescent rolls
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
    chopped green pepper
    red pepper
    carrot
    broccoli
    cauliflower
    green onion
    tomatoes
    mushrooms
Preparation
    Spread crescent rolls in an 11 x 17-inch jelly roll pan. Brown 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese and dry Ranch dressing; smooth over cool crust.
    Top with chopped vegetables.
    Press vegetables down.
    Wrap in foil for 3 hours before serving.
