Stoecker'S Don'T B-Flat Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
butter or margarine
Preparation

Sift together baking powder, flour and salt.
Cut in the shortening with fork until mixture resembles coarse corn meal. Add milk and blend until flour is moist and pulls away from sides of bowl.
Turn out on lightly floured board.
Knead about 30 seconds.
Roll 3/4-inch thick, cut and place on lightly greased pan.
Brush tops of biscuits with butter or margarine.
Bake at 475\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes about a dozen.
