Dunes Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. yellow or zucchini squash
2 eggs
1 small onion, minced
1/4 green pepper, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Pepperidge Farm prepared stuffing
salt
pepper
Preparation

Slice and cook squash until tender; drain.
Beat eggs well; combine with onion, green pepper, mayonnaise, cheese, salt and pepper.
Mix with squash.
Top with stuffing mix.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
