No Crust Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. seasoned croutons
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. mustard
dash of Tabasco
4 oz. shredded Swiss
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 c. diced ham
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
dash of nutmeg
Parmesan cheese for topping
Preparation

Crush croutons and mix with 1/4 cup melted butter.
Line bottom of greased 10-inch deep pie pan with croutons.
Mix rest of ingredients gently and pour over crouton base.
Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
