Cabbage, Sausage And Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. prepared coleslaw mix
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 lb. smoked sausage, cubed
    2 medium unpeeled, cored, chopped apples (approximately 2 c.)
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large saucepan over medium heat.
    Add coleslaw mix, onion, celery and caraway seed.
    Cook 5 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cook, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated and flavors are blended, stirring occasionally.
