Favorite Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. mustard
1 to 2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
1 lb. crabmeat
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook butter, flour, milk and egg until thick.
Add remaining ingredients.
Fold mixture gently into one pound crabmeat.
Bake in a greased baking dish at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
