Cream Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs (yolks only)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. cream, well whipped
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add sugar and seasonings, then vinegar.
    Cook in double boiler, stirring all the time, until about the thickness of rich cream.
    Take from the fire and beat in cream.
