Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. sliced cucumbers
    1 c. sliced bell pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Cover vegetables with salt and let stand for 1 hour. Do not drain. In a bowl, combine sugar, vinegar, celery seed and mustard seed; stir until sugar is dissolved. Add mixture to vegetables and stir. Will keep for several weeks in a Tupperware container.
