Pistachio Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 (3 or 4 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding
2 c. Cool Whip
green food coloring (enough to tint green)
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Mix at lowest speed the juice, pudding and food coloring. Fold in marshmallows and pineapple.
Serves 10.
