Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium sweet potatoes, cooked
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 (9-inch) pastry shells, unbaked
Preparation
    Mash the potatoes. Add butter and sugar. Blend. Stir in milk, eggs, nutmeg, vanilla, then beat with mixer for about 5 minutes. Pour into 2 pastry shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Yields 2 pies.
