Oven-Baked Chicken And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fryer, cut up and skin removed
    salt and pepper
    vegetable oil
    flour
    2 c. milk
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Salt and pepper fryer.
    Dip
    cut-up
    fryer in vegetable oil, then roll in flour.
    Place in deep baking dish (greased). Bake 1 hour, uncovered, at
    350\u00b0.
    Remove
    from
    oven and turn each piece.
    Bake another 10 minutes.
    Pour 3 cups (2 milk and 1 water) or more
    over
    chicken;
    completely cover.
    Add additional salt and pepper.
    Bake
    30
    minutes
    more or until bubbling.
