Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and removed from bones
    1 medium onion
    1 bag nacho chips
    1 can cheese soup
    1 can chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Using 9 x 13-inch baking dish, cover bottom with nacho cheese chips.
    Layer chicken pieces over chips.
    Chop onion and sprinkle over chicken.
    Mix together the soups, Ro-Tel, water, salt and pepper.
    Pour over chicken and onion.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
