Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add milk, sugar, flour, butter, salt, both extracts and coconut.
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Cook 10 minutes at 375\u00b0 and then 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from heat, cool on rack until set then refrigerate until serving.
