Corn Pudding(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn
    3 c. milk
    5 eggs
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    dash of cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Scald milk with butter.
    Beat eggs.
    Add corn, sugar, flour, cayenne and salt.
    Stir.
    Add scalded milk.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Cook 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    After 15 to 20 minutes, stir and return to oven.
