Diet Milkshake(Vanilla) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 packet Sweet 'N Low
    `1/2 c. milk (skim or 1%)
    1 c. ice cubes
    vanilla flavoring to taste
Preparation
    Using a blender, pour in milk and ice cubes.
    Add Sweet 'N Low and vanilla.
    Process for 1 to 2 minutes or until mixed well.
    You can add a little chocolate syrup or banana but you are also adding calories.
    (I do not like Sweet 'N Low or vanilla milkshakes, but these are delicious and satisfy the cravings of sweets without the extra calories.)
