Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Toss ingredients together.
    Turn into buttered dish (9 x 13-inch).
    Top with 1/2 pound chopped, uncooked bacon and 1/4 cup chopped stuffed olives.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 12.
