Oven-Fried Catfish(Makes 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

6 oz. French bread (6 slices), cubed
1/4 c. mayonnaise (imitation)
4 tsp. water
48 oz. catfish, dressed
cooking spray
lemon wedges (optional)
parsley sprigs (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Place bread cubes in a food processor and process 30 seconds or until breadcrumbs are fine. Sprinkle breadcrumbs onto a baking sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Place breadcrumbs in a shallow dish; set aside. Increase oven temperature to 450\u00b0.
