Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin round steak
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can sliced mushrooms or 1 can fresh mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    cooked rice or noodles
Preparation
    Saute onions, garlic and mushrooms.
    Cut meat into thin strips.
    Brown meat with onion mixture.
    Add soup and Worcestershire sauce.
    Simmer about 10 minutes.
    Blend in sour cream.
    Heat, but do not boil.
    Season to taste.
    Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles.
    Serves 4.
