Delux Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 c. mild cheese
2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. water

Preparation

Cook potatoes, celery, onion, parsley, salt and pepper with bouillon cubes in water until tender.
Add cheese, milk and flour and cook until thick.
