Zucchini Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. zucchini, grated
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. cornmeal
2 c. grated cheese

Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Fry in hot oil until brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels.
