Flank Steak Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. flank steak
    1/4 c. sherry
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder or cloves of garlic
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    dash of fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Shake meat tenderizer (thick) on both sides of a pot roast and place in refrigerator overnight.
    Poke meat with fork after shaking on the tenderizer.
