Onions Sauteed With Yogurt And Sesame Oil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    5 medium yellow onions, peeled and sliced
    1 pt. yogurt
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat in a large skillet the olive oil and onions.
    Saute for 3 minutes, then reduce the heat to low.
    Cook and cover for 5 minutes to \"sweat\" the onions down.
    Remove the lid and finish sauteing the onions until tender.
    Do not brown too much.
    Stir in the yogurt and warm a minute until smooth.
    Stir in parsley, sesame oil and salt and pepper to taste.
