Beer Batter Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. beer
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 to 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Mix beer, salt, egg and Bisquick (enough to make batter thick).
    Dip fish in batter.
    Fry in 1/2-inch hot oil until golden brown, turning once.
