Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. cubes, peeled potatoes
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. process American cheese, cubed
    minced fresh parsley
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook potatoes in boiling water until done. Drain and place in a greased 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
    In a saucepan, melt butter.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir to form a smooth paste.
    Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
    Bring to a boil.
    Boil and stir for 1 minute.
    Add cheese.
    Stir just until melted.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until bubbly.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
