Onion Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. whole stewed onions
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 lb. mushrooms, quartered or you can use a small can of mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
6 slices pimento cheese
paprika
Preparation

Drain onions.
Heat margarine in skillet.
Add mushrooms and cook until lightly browned.
Remove from heat.
With slotted spoon, remove mushrooms and set aside.
Heat soup and add milk gradually until soup is creamy.
Arrange half of onions and half of mushrooms in a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover with half of mushroom soup and 3 slices cheese.
Repeat.
Sprinkle top with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
