Lemon Tart Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 green onion, chopped
Preparation

Cube and cook potatoes in 1 inch boiling water; drain. Combine the rest of the ingredients; toss with potatoes.
Spoon into doubled layer of aluminum foil.
Wrap tightly.
Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
Place on grill with medium coals. Cook for 30 minutes.
