Chicken Piquant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken parts for 4 people (breasts are best)
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    3/4 c. Rose wine
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 crushed garlic bud
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 4 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Place sliced mushrooms in bottom of casserole dish.
    Top with chicken pieces.
    Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over the chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0. Serve with rice.
