Marinated Sirloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sirloin steak
1 tsp. grated ginger root (fresh)
salt and pepper
6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrins)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
-
Cut steak in cubes.
Mix all ingredients together.
Marinate overnight.
Next day heat skillet thoroughly.
Grease it sparingly.
Cook the meat cubes in the skillet to desired doneness.
Baste with marinade juice, if necessary.
