Tiny Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs, room temperature
Preparation

Boil water and butter/margarine over lowered heat; add flour and salt.
Stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of pan (about 1 minute).
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Drop by teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet about 3 inches apart. Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 20 minutes until puffed and golden.
Cool; freeze.
