Chicken Broccoli Orientale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. skinless chicken, cut into strips
    1 small onion, cut in 1-inch chunks
    1 medium bell pepper or sweet red pepper
    1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of broccoli soup
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat in hot oil, cook chicken, half at a time, until browned.
    Add onion and pepper; cook about 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Stir in soup, water and soy sauce.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer for 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
