Strawberry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts, chopped fine
1 c. sugar
2 c. sliced strawberries
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 egg whites
1 c. whipped cream

Preparation

Mix melted butter, brown sugar, flour and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, turning until crumbly.
Spread 2/3 on bottom of pan; save rest to put on top.
Beat together sugar, strawberries, lemon juice and egg whites until firm peaks.
Then add 1 cup of whipped cream.
Spread in pan.
Sprinkle rest of topping on. Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
