Ingredients

5 eggs (room temperature)
3/4 c. oil (not olive oil)
1 c. Bromater flour
Preparation

Beat
eggs well; add
oil
and\tbeat,
then
add
flour gradually.\tGrease 6 to
8\tPyrex
custard\tcups.
Put
enough mixture in each to fill
cup 1 inch.
Place the cups on cookie sheet and bake in 400\u00b0
preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Do not open oven door during baking.
Cool on cake rack completely.
