Overnight Refrigerator Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    6 large eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine yeast and water in a bowl; let stand for 5 minutes. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar.
    Make a well in the center.
    Combine eggs, buttermilk and oil.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Stir in yeast.
    Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
