Vegetable And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 head cauliflower
    3 medium carrots
    1 large can mushrooms
    8 to 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
    cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Steam vegetables 3 to 5 minutes.
    Drain vegetables and mushrooms very well.
    Layer 1/2 broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms and cheeses.
    Repeat, ending with cheeses.
    Drop cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Let stand 15 to 20 minutes before serving to allow cheeses to set.
