Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    7 lb. tuna, well drained
    8 eggs, cooked and chopped fine
    2 1/2 qt. chopped celery
Preparation
    Blend the first 6 ingredients.
    Combine with tuna, eggs and celery.
    Let stand in refrigerator for several hours before serving.
    Serves 50.
