Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. fat
2 c. crumbled dry bread
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
4 rib pork chops, cut 1-inch thick
Preparation

Brown onions and celery in fat.
Combine these with crumbs, salt, pepper, sage and seasoning.
Add enough water to moisten. Slit a pocket in each pork chop.
Fill with stuffing.
Fasten edge with wooden picks.
Brown chops in heavy skillet, covered.
Then bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
